About the Tour

North Dakota has been dubbed the “least visited” state in the country, but after touring vistas that go on for miles, visiting the rugged badlands, and meeting some of the state’s most interesting residents—human and wildlife—you’ll wonder why you haven’t spent more time here. Explore this fascinating frontierland in the footsteps of Lewis & Clark, dine at a Native American earth lodge, experience the world-famous outdoors Medora Musical, and stay in a hotel that hosted President Theodore Roosevelt, in the shadows of the remarkable national park that bears his name.

Frontier spirit abounds in this unique discovery tour!

Traveler Talk

"We have enjoyed every trip we’ve taken with you but [North Dakota Legends] one was great. I loved every thing about this one—the hotels were very nice, the food was delicious – you really found the nicest people & their love for their business was outstanding. If everyone took this trip North Dakota would no longer be the 'least visited state'." -- A.M., Ohio (traveled with CTD 7 times)
